MRO is committed to providing the highest level of care possible to our customers in the medical community. In doing so MRO has established a complex, but critical element to constantly monitor and evaluate ourselves. Our Quality Management Program ensures that our employees are following and maintaining all policies set forth by MRO. The program regularly evaluates how well these procedures are being followed by our staff. It also documents our strengths and weakness’s so that we are always learning as we go. We understand that we are in the complex and ever changing world of pre-hospital medicine and guarantee to never become complacent in our policies and procedures.

Our commitment to the Northeast Oklahoma medical community is to become the leading provider of medical transportation services. We are able to offer a very wide range of services to our customers. All of MRO leadership staff are comprised of people who have spent an extensive amount of time in the emergent and non emergent transport industry as nurses, paramedics, and EMT’s themselves. Our management team is able to pool and combine all of our extensive knowledge of the medical transport business and use it to better serve it’s customers of the hospital, rehabilitation, and nursing home industry.

Our goal to all medical facilities is to provide the highest level of care needed for any patient with the most prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service available. Our experience with all forms of medical facilities has given us an understanding and provided us with the expectations that you expect when you need a patient transported from one facility to another location. MRO recognizes the importance of being on time for the transport of your patient, and the service that is expected when we transport a patient who is admitted to your facility. We understand that your facility’s name and reputation is an extension of the transportation that your have set up to provide for your patients. MRO holds your reputation and facility name in high regard and continuously stresses and teaches that to our entire field employee staff. MRO holds a higher standard of care than what is mandated by the state for all personnel. As an example of our commitment to excellent patient care, MRO requires additional training for it’s personnel in the areas of emergency driving, cardiac care, trauma care, and respiratory care with an extensive background in management of ventilator dependent patients. We also provide training in intravenous pump management for a wide variety of fluids and medications.
